These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nimbl Services website at nimblservicesltd.com (the "Site") and the cleaning services we provide ("Services"). By using the Site or booking a Service, you agree to these Terms.
Nimbl Services ("we", "us", "our") operates from London, United Kingdom.
1. Services
We provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services in the London area. The specific services, pricing, and availability are as displayed on our Site and may change without prior notice.
All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your booking. A booking confirmation email constitutes our acceptance.
2. Bookings
2.1 Making a Booking
Bookings are made through the booking form on our Site. When you submit a booking, you must provide accurate and complete information including your name, contact details, property address, and preferred service.
2.2 Confirmation
Once we accept your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique booking reference number. Please check the details and contact us immediately if anything is incorrect.
2.3 Access
You must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. If our team cannot gain access, the booking may be treated as a late cancellation (see Section 3).
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- More than 24 hours' notice: You may cancel or reschedule at no charge.
- Less than 24 hours' notice: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value may apply.
- No-show / no access: The full booking amount may be charged.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. staff illness, severe weather). In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed on the Site and in your booking confirmation. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment terms depend on the method selected during booking. We accept the payment methods displayed on the Site. Full payment must be received before or at the time of the service unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Referral Programme
Our referral programme allows existing customers to share a unique referral code. When a new customer uses a valid referral code:
- The new customer receives a 10% discount on their first booking.
- The referrer receives a 10% credit toward their next booking.
Referral codes cannot be combined with other offers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral programme at any time. Abuse of the programme (including self-referral or fraudulent use) will result in deactivation of the referral code and forfeiture of any credits.
6. Our Responsibilities
We will:
- Provide services with reasonable care and skill, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Ensure our cleaning team is appropriately trained and equipped.
- Carry public liability insurance for work performed at your property.
- Respect your property and belongings at all times.
7. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when making a booking.
- Ensure the property is accessible at the agreed time.
- Inform us of any hazards, security systems, pets, or special requirements before the service.
- Secure valuables, fragile items, and irreplaceable possessions.
- Not use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
8. Damage and Complaints
While we take great care, accidental damage may occasionally occur. If you believe damage was caused during a service:
- Contact us within 48 hours of the service with photographs and a description.
- We will investigate and, where liability is established, arrange repair, replacement, or compensation up to the value of the item.
We are not liable for damage to items that are inherently fragile, improperly secured, or in pre-existing poor condition.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability for any claim arising from a booking shall not exceed the total amount paid for that booking.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, design, and code — is owned by Nimbl Services or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
11. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, server, or database.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Site.
- Submit false, misleading, or abusive content through any form.
12. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any linked sites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
